It has certainly been a while since my last post. A lot has gone on in my life since then and I can feel positive changes in me beginning to take shape and gain momentum! It seems that all of a sudden the summer has passed by and I’m thinking about all the fun times I had. BBQs, relaxing on my deck, playing golf. Oh the excesses of summer. Love it. However it’s time to get back on track and build for another year.
I was recently introduced to a nutritional program by a golf pro friend of mine who uses the system himself for great performance improvement. Since it’s a health and nutrition system, something I seem to have strayed from over the summer, I was intrigued to get my system back on tack and firing on all cylinders again. I felt sluggish, a little heavy, and a wee bit stressed. Apparently this was going to help get me right back on track.
I started things off two weeks ago with a month long regime, added some things into my regular eating schedule and replaced some meals with highly nutritious and tasty shakes. I am seeing and feeling the changes! I believe that knowing you know I’m doing this is more likely to keep me on track with the program. If I know people are aware of what I’m doing then I’m MUCH more likely to stick with it and get the optimal results. Feel free to check in and ensure I’m sticking with the program. I love that accountability. In return I’ll keep you updated on how things are going and let you know if its working. My friend Jeff said I would feel better within days – he was right!
